April joined Skagit Animal Clinic in January 2021,  She is a graduate of UC Davis in 1988, practicing medicine in CA, SC, and GA before settling in Skagit Valley more than 20 years ago.  Dr. Sandors enjoys all aspects of small animal practice but has special interests in internal medicine and geriatric comfort.  When not at the clinic, April and her husband work on their small family farm, which emphasizes humane agricultural practices while raising Red Dorking chickens, heritage turkeys, and grass-fed Katahdin sheep.

Jan joined the team at Skagit in Feb, 2018, and had the privilege of working with Dr Dight before he retired. I moved here in 2009 from San Diego, CA, where I had my own clinic and then went on to work at a 24 hour Veterinary hospital in Del Mar, CA. I came to the Northwest to learn how to sail and ended up marrying my sailing instructor!
I am devoted to all animals, large and small but have settled into mostly dogs and cats, and especially Golden Retrievers, my breed and my love. Oh, but I can’t forget, Badger, the Sea Dog, who goes with us on our sailboat every summer up the Inside Passage to Desolation Sound and beyond. He is the best Border terrier ever!

Sue joined the Skagit Animal Clinic on April 1, 1981, but started her career with veterinary medicine in March of 1971. At the present time, she has three cats, Yamamoto, a seal point siamese, Flo, a siamese mixed and Schmittens, an old rescue cat. When Sue is not working at the clinic, you may find her in the garden, singing with her praise team, camping, fishing and she has a passion for crafts and reading.

Marisa joined Skagit Animal Clinic in April of 2017. She has two cats, Marceline and Finn (both black domestic shorthairs) and one dog, Jaxx (who is a Belgian Malinois/Australian Shepherd mix). When not in the clinic you will find her reading a book, hiking, binge watching shows with her fiance, or practicing archery.

Chloe joined Skagit Animal Clinic Feb 2018. When she is not in the clinic you can find her relaxing at home, or enjoying the outdoors with her American Pit bull Luna and three other family dogs

Aliah joined the team at Skagit Animal Clinic in August of 2021. Aliah has 2 dogs, Rocky a chihuahua, and Lilo a pitbull mix. When Aliah is not at work you will find her either at home playing video games and hanging out with her dogs or out and about on some trails when it is nice out.

Anna joined the Skagit Animal Clinic team in May of 2021, graduating from Skagit Valley College with High Honors the same year. She especially loves working with Siamese cats as she has her own Siamese kitty named Sophia at home whom she loves. When she isn’t working in the clinic, Anna enjoys reading novels, walking and hiking in nature, and spending time with family and friends.
